Buffman & Squeaky Intermediate distance triathlon is a GREAT Tune up for the IRONMAN 70.3! You will be racing the same course as the IRONMAN 70.3, just half the distance. The swim is a beautiful lake swim in Buffalo Springs Lake, which has been a wetsuit legal swim for 18 years now. The bike takes you through the scenic LLano Estacado Canyons. The run is an out and back, flat run, beside the lake.
